PHOENIX — A man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after he allegedly flashed his genitals at a woman at a Tempe car wash last month, authorities announced Tuesday.

Joshua Curtis, 26, parked his car next to the victim’s at the Cobblestone Car Wash at Baseline and Kyrene roads the morning of Aug. 2, according to the Tempe Police Department.

He then lowered his window and called the victim over before allegedly exposing himself, police said.

“I had just went through the car wash and I was at the vacuum stall,” the victim said in footage of an interview released by police. “As I was on my passenger side, he had rolled down his window and he goes, ‘Excuse me, miss, can I interest you in this?’ I was just in shock, and I left and I called 911.”
