LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KOLO) - A Las Vegas man has been sentenced to 47 years in prison after being convicted of sexually exploiting a minor and possessing child sex abuse material.

Damian Amalfitano will serve a lifetime of parole upon release after the DOJ says he sexually exploited a toddler and possessed CSAM of several minors.

He pled guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of children and one count of possession of child pornography. Amalfitano will also be made to pay $2,000 to the Amy, Vicky, and Andy Child Pornography Victim Assistance fund and register as a sex offender.
