COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ryan Day said he was pleased with what he saw from Julian Sayin in his first game as Ohio State’s starting quarterback.
Sayin graded out as a champion and did what was asked of him, even if it wasn’t a ton put on his plate. That will change this week as OSU starts trying to build an offense around him. “We felt like he took care of the ball,” Day said. “Made some good throws. ... He never flinched.”
