DPC Companies broke ground Aug. 27 on Chandler Innovation Park.
The 21-acre site at the northeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ryan Road, is in the Chandler Airpark area and will house a three-building industrial park that will offer approximately 327,776 square feet of premier industrial space, according to a news release.
It’s designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users, according to the release. Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke attended the Aug. 27 groundbreaking.
The park’s three Class A buildings will range from 39,000 square feet to 190,000 square feet, with flexible layouts for tenants from 20,000 square feet to full-building users.
