YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict a man who had been arrested earlier this summer on gun charges.
Released from charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle was Jeffrey Brown.
Brown was a passenger in a car pulled over on June 20 for a traffic violation, and he was arrested after a gun was found in the car.
His case was bound over to the grand jury from municipal court, but the grand jury chose not to indict him.
