But Meadowbrook-Strathcona Dist. Coun. Jeff McLaren, who was found to have breeched council’s code of conduct twice in the past 10 months , said the company was not providing proper service.

“It’s no hidden truth that I do not like this company,” said McLaren, adding that the company does not provide impartial rulings and instead works for “the boss,” Mayor Bryan Paterson.
