Tracee Ellis Ross L.A. Break-In: $100,000 in Bags, Jewelry Stolen

Tracee Ellis Ross was the target of a scary situation.

The Girlfriends alum’s Los Angeles home was burglarized in the early hours of Aug. 31, police told NBC Los Angeles.

The break-in was discovered around 12:30 a.m., according to authorities, when Ross’ staff members arrived at the home. Police confirmed that three burglars entered the home by smashing a rear glass door, and once inside, they stole more than $100,000 of handbags and jewelry. The Black-ish actor, 52, was not at home at the time of the intrusion.

While law enforcement told NBC Los Angeles that they recovered security camera video from the home, the investigation remains ongoing and they have not confirmed any arrests.
