A woman was charged after driving into a crowd at the Kipona Festival in Harrisburg , injuring three people, including a child, police said.
The incident occurred on Monday, Sept. 1, in the area of North Front and State streets at around 6:10 p.m., police said.

The driver, identified as 37-year-old Elizabeth Bohrer, was allegedly driving under the influence when her red minivan drove southbound on North Front Street, which was still closed for the festival, police said.
A man, woman and a child were all taken to the hospital with injuries that ranged from stable to critical, police said.
