We can't shake off rumors that Taylor Swift will headline the Super Bowl LX halftime show, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell isn't helping.
On Wednesday morning, Goodell appeared on NBC's "Today" and got Swifties in a frenzy after he was asked by Savannah Guthrie if the singer had been invited to perform for the big show.
"We would always love to have Taylor play," Goodell said. "She is a special, special talent, and obviously she would be welcome at any time."
“Is it in the works?” Guthrie asked.
“I can’t tell you anything about it,” Goodell replied.
“Is it a maybe?” the co-anchor asked, trying to pry for more information.
“It’s a maybe,” he said.
He then put the blame all on Jay-Z. The hip-hop mogul's Roc Nation oversees the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show.
