MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Leah and Harry Kaiser, the parents of Lydia Kaiser, who was wounded in the Annunciation mass shooting , shared heartfelt pleas for change after meeting with Vice President JD Vance .

They spoke at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, where Lydia is still recovering.
