KENT COUNTY, MI – Five Below is opening a new store in the Grand Rapids area.

The chain’s newest location will be at 5114 28th St. SE in Cascade Township, Five Below announced in a news release. The new shop is at Waterfall Shops, which is right off I-96 and has other popular retail, restaurant and grocery chains nearby like Target, Dick’s, Aldi, Costco, Starbucks and more.

Five Below will hold a grand opening for the new store on Saturday, Sept. 5, with music, activities, trivia and prizes. The first 100 customers in line at the event will get a $10 gift card, and free drawstring bags will be available while supplies last, according to a Facebook page for the event.
