INDIANAPOLIS (WXIN) — An Indiana man named Mark Zuckerberg is suing Meta Platforms, including Facebook, after he said his accounts were disabled at least five times in the last eight years.

Zuckerberg, who is a lawyer at the Bankruptcy Law Office of Mark S. Zuckerberg, has claimed that both his business and personal pages have been impacted by being disabled — even after he paid for advertising services on his business page.

According to court documents, Meta staff has allegedly accused Zuckerberg of "impersonating a celebrity" and not using an "authentic name."
