For the third consecutive week, St. Joseph is atop the Central Coast Athletic Association (CCAA) football rankings.

There have been three weeks of CCAA football rankings, and the Knights (1-1) have been at the top every time. St. Joseph won 28-0 at Fresno Edison last week.

Meanwhile, it took Nipomo one quarter to put itself into the CCAA top 10 and to knock Righetti out of it. The Titans out-scored the Warriors 42-0 in the fourth quarter in a wild one at Righetti last Friday night and wound up with a 49-21 win.

Nipomo landed in the No. 10 spot in the CCAA rankings this week and made its initial appearance in the CCAA top 10 this season. Righetti, No. 6 last week, fell out of the top 10 for the first time this year.
