The Audrain County's Sheriff Office arrested a wanted Bowling Green man in Marion County on Wednesday, following reports of the suspect’s presence in Vandalia on Tuesday night.
The subject was identified as Scott Joseph Adams, a 41-year-old man from Bowling Green, according to a Facebook post by the Audrain County Sheriff's Office. Adams was wanted for a Marion County felony arrest warrant.
Following the reports, the sheriff's office said it set a perimeter with help from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Once daylight hours came, the perimeter was searched, cleared and closed.
