Rotary Rocks Chattanooga launched this Wednesday, September 3.

The organization focuses on developing critical leadership qualities for women, and already holds many members.

The group says they will redefine standard Rotary Club practices through a mission-driven model, and its emphasis on addressing community needs.

According to current Rotary Rocks Chattanooga President, Jane Hampton Bowen, this club has been in the works for over a year and exists as a refresher to tradition.

“Rotary Rocks Chattanooga is more than a club—it’s a movement,” says Hampton-Bowen. “Our charter members are passionate, energized, and ready to collaborate with other Rotary clubs to expand our reach and better serve our communities.”
