MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WIAT) -- Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser posted on 'X' that he's prepared to challenge the move of Space Command in court. But Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall responded in his own post, saying, "...we're not sweating it."
Other state officials have similar convictions following President Donald Trump's announcement this week.
"Trump is trying to grab power ahead of the 2026 elections," said Jena Griswold, Colorado Secretary of State. "And, is directly attacking our democracy."
