OMAHA, Neb. —
One of the men accused in a deadly shooting will go to trial.
The incident happened in June near 30th Street and Larimore Avenue.
Mandrell Swiney Jr. was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
Kimesha Legon was also injured during the shooting.
Previous coverage:
Court documents showed the case against Jonathan Nauden, 25, was bound over to district court.
Nauden's bond remained the same at $750,000.
His next court appearance has not been set.
