PULASKI, Wis. (WBAY) - District leaders in Pulaski cut the ribbon on Wednesday afternoon following the completion of construction on two newly renovated elementary schools.

Both Sunnyside and Hillcrest schools roughly doubled in size thanks to a referendum passed by voters in November of 2022.

That referendum also called for replacements and upgrades to heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.

Replacing parking lots, hard surface play areas, and other improvements across the district.

On Wednesday night, families were invited out for an open house event at Sunnyside, where they could see those taxpayer dollars come to life.

Both schools are now open to students enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year.
