The case against a man accused of firebombing the Governor’s Residence has progressed to the next level of the criminal justice system after he waived his probable cause hearing scheduled for Wednesday.

Cody Balmer’s case is now in Dauphin County court where he awaits formal arraignment scheduled for Oct. 3 before President Judge Scott A. Evans.
