It may carry a man’s name with a cast dominated by other males, but don’t underestimate the power of the few women cast in “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.”
The show, opening Providence Performing Arts Center’s 2025-2026 season on Sept. 19, offers plenty of the magic, mystery and suspense the franchise has been built upon, but Trish Lindstrom promises it also delves into the complexity of relationships – romantic, friendly and paternal – in an unmagically real and normal way.
