WALTERBORO, S.C. (WCBD) – Two teenagers were injured Sunday in a rollover crash.
Colleton County Fire Rescue said the teens were not wearing their seatbelts when they ran off a rural dirt road near Possum Corner Road, overturned, and then struck a tree.
The 16-year-old female and 13-year-old male were initially treated at the scene before being taken to a hospital in Walterboro with non-life-threatening injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
