It was a perfect September day on Wednesday, but things have changed overnight. An approaching cold front has led to an increase in clouds, and showers will become likely throughout Thursday morning. Showers and potentially a thunderstorm or two will remain possible around midday, before rain chances taper off this afternoon. It will also be a chilly day with temperatures hovering in the mid-60s.

Skies will start to clear out overnight, but patchy fog could develop in some places, leading to low visibility during the Friday morning commute. The rest of the day on Friday will see a mix of sun and clouds with high temperatures jumping into the upper 70s.
