HAMPTON - The Dover High School volleyball team opened its season with a 3-0 win over Winnacunnet in a Division I match on Wednesday.

Individual set scores were 25-22, 25-18, 25-21.

Quinn Carberry led the Green Wave with seven kills and 10 assists, while teamamtes Ava Pohopek (seven kills), Leah Meneely (five kills, five aces), and Jovie Meeker (13 digs) all contributed.

EPPING - Bea Monahan (five kills, five aces, seven digs) led PCA in its Division III season-opening match.

Individual set scores were 25-14, 18-25, 25-19, 25-23.

Lexi Jordan added 11 assists and two aces for the Eagles, while Marion Spurr had 12 digs and four aces.
