WAREHAM — A year ago, there was uncertainty on Wareham High ’s offense regarding the quarterback position.
This year, junior Amare Rose is locked in as a second-year starting quarterback.
“Already having that year of experience at quarterback, I’m able to settle in,” said Rose, who passed for 700 yards and 6 touchdowns and rushed for 415 yards and 2 touchdowns in 2024. “I know where my receivers are going to be. Chemistry is higher. It’s a lot more comfortable.”
