SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - One person was taken to the hospital after a crash involving a motorcycle and a garbage truck in Somerset.

It happened Thursday morning near Ogden Street and Park Avenue.

When fire crews arrived, they found fuel leaking from the garbage truck and worked to block traffic and clean up the spill.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital. There’s no word yet on their condition.

The crash is under investigation.
