After a “certified banger” of an opening weekend, the college football schedule throttles back a little bit in Week 2.

Alabama and Auburn are both heavy favorites at home against non-conference opponents, while the number of high-profile games around the country is far fewer than last week. Jacksonville State and UAB both open conference play, however, while South Alabama and Troy are significant underdogs in non-conference games.
