Manchester United have done well to offload most of their so-called 'bomb squad' in the recently closed summer transfer window .
The Reds have seen Marcus Rashford , Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hojlund, Antony and Jadon Sancho depart Old Trafford either on loan or on a permanent deal. United have taken losses on almost every one of those players, but will at least be pleased to get them off their wage bill after spending heavily this summer.
Reds boss Ruben Amorim will hope that his squad have no further distractions now that the transfer deadline has passed. His team can focus fully on playing football with their futures settled until at least January.
