An El Paso cheer coach was captured on his own camera as he hid the camera in a restroom to record victims using the facilities, court documents states.
Christopher Sotelo, 32, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 30, by the El Paso Police Department in connection with two counts of invasive visual recording, jail records show.
No attorney is listed in court records for Sotelo.
Sotelo was a tumbling coach with the Texas Bandits All-Star Cheerleading and was fired after his arrest, Channel 7-KVIA reported from a letter sent by the organization.
The cameras were placed inside two restrooms at the Texas Bandits All-Stars building in the 11500 block of Pellicano Drive in East El Paso, a criminal complaint affidavit states. The victims involved do not appear to be minors.
