COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Heading into week two of the season, players for Ohio State’s football program are taking a moment to reflect on a week one victory after the then-No. 1 team in the country.
“It was, like, too surreal,” said right tackle Phillip Daniels, who played in his first game last Saturday. “Like, I got my stance, am, like, I am really doing this? Like, this crazy? And, like, just having, like, dreams or just like when I was a kid, just being like, man, one day I'm going to be here. But I thought, I'm going to be like, Chase Young, you know, getting a sack, but now I'm stopping them to get the sack. So this is a little different now.”
