LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Most of the rain will focus south into central and southern Kentucky for the remainder of the afternoon hours. The clearing line back to sunshine will slowly work its way in from the northwest as the afternoon unfolds allow some to reach the 70s.

A quick drop into the mid 50s this evening with rising temperatures back above 60 before sunrise.

Rapid warming on Friday back into the 80s with the risk for some strong thunderstorms during the afternoon hours... roughly along and south of the Ohio River. We’ll be monitor that
