NORRISTOWN —Two Norristown men must answer to charges in Montgomery County Court for their alleged roles in the gunshot slaying of a borough man during an altercation linked to a rivalry between two homegrown gangs.

Jabriil Morgan-Cook, 19, of the 300 block of East Marshall Street, and Naseem Worrell, 18, of the 1500 block of Powell Street, were held for trial, after a joint preliminary hearing before District Court Judge Todd N. Barnes, on charges of first- and third-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, carrying a firearm without a license and possessing an instrument of crime in connection with the alleged 9:43 p.m. May 23, 2025, gunshot slaying of 20-year-old Tahaj Andru “Pooh” Harrison in the 600 block of Corson Street.
