YOUNGSTOWN Two branches of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County are scheduled to close temporarily for construction and staff training.

The East Library, 430 N. Ave., will be closed Thursday, Sept. 11, and Friday, Sept. 12, for construction work.

The Main Library, 305 Wick Ave., will be closed on Friday, Sept. 12, for a staff in-service.

Both locations are expected to reopen at their regular times Saturday, Sept. 13.
