BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) - Beginning September 11, a new evening cohort will be offered for culinary students at Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC).
"This fast-paced, flexible option is designed to support working individuals who are passionate about entering or advancing in the culinary and hospitality industries," a press release stated.
Courses will include: • CULA 120 – Food Preparation Principles • CULA 125 – Basic Skills Development • CULA 130 – The Hospitality Industry
Students can earn the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute's (AHLEI) Certified Kitchen Cook credential by enrolling in these courses.
