The grandmother of an 11-year-old girl who gave birth last month at her family's Oklahoma home was charged after prosecutors alleged she knew about the pregnancy and failed to report it to authorities. Michelle Justus, the maternal grandmother of the child, was charged with six counts of felony child neglect, according to the Muskogee County District Attorney’s Office. The charges are in connection with the 11-year-old and five other children living at the home.
