TRAVIS Kelce will spend more time on the Kansas City Chiefs bench this season - and here's why.

The 35-year-old had one of the worst seasons of his NFL career in 2024 in terms of production.

But he's determined to make another run at the Super Bowl after holding off retirement.

Kelce returned career lows in touchdowns and receiving yards last season.

Speaking on The US Sun show "Ain't That Our Ball," our NFL expert Ryan Sanudo said, "He's not getting any younger, he's going to be 36 in October and he's got competition.

"Noah Gray had 40 catches last season.

"Even Robert Tonyan was battling for a roster spot and he has playoff experience for the Packers.

"Things like that could make Andy Reid say 'you know what, Kelce can be on the side lines a little bit.'
