This was the second trial for Sapry. The first one ended in a mistrial .
This time around, he was found guilty of killing Wilfred Guzman.
Defense attorneys argued Sapry was not guilty by reason of insanity, but the jury rejected that argument and found him guilty on all charges, including convictions on first-degree murder, theft, criminal trespass and four counts of attempted fraudulent use of a credit card.
