The City of Edmonton has launched a survey to get the thoughts on student housing from the people who use it — post-secondary students.

The data collected will be used to help understand the state of current student housing in Edmonton and inform policy going forward.

The survey is estimated to take 10-15 minutes to complete and will close on September 26.

At the end of the survey, students will have the option to submit their name into a draw for a $100 Loblaws or Sobeys gift card. A total of 10 gift cards will be available, with winners being notified on September 29.

The requirements to take the survey include the responder being a post-secondary student residing in the Greater Edmonton Area (Fort Saskatchewan, Strathcona County, St. Albert, Lamont, Beaumont and Spruce Grove).
