Charles Robert Norman Jr., 41, of Prosperity, was arrested Thursday morning.

Norman is in the Newberry County Detention Center on charges of indecent exposure and luring or enticing a child.

Bond has not been set.

Newberry County Sheriff Lee Foster said there is no place in any community for this nonsense to take place.
