Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte apparently checked himself into rehab. In an Instagram video, the athlete revealed last week that he was 54 days sober, due in part to the assistance he’s received at a Florida recovery center. The 41-year-old said that his substance issues started after he was in a car accident in 2023, noting that he “fell into a dark place: depression, loneliness, and feeling like I was giving up in life.”
