Construction is set to begin on the first four buildings of the Omni LivingWell Collection project in Orange. Mayor Judson Kline told the Cleveland Jewish News the city’s planning and zoning commission has approved the initial phase of development.
While work on the foundations can move forward, some project details still need to be finalized before the buildings are completed.
“There’s still some elements of that to be resolved in terms of some design and finish materials that need to be worked through, but the buildings are approved so they can start foundation work and get the buildings under construction,” Kline said. “The road is completed, utilities have been brought into the project and it’s now moving forward as rapidly as possible.”
Some architectural elements, as well as color
