SPRINGVILLE, Utah (ABC4) — A Tooele man is arrested for driving nearly 6 times over the legal alcohol limit that led to a crash and killed a man in Springville on Wednesday.

Travis Mcintrye, 41, has been booked into jail on 10 counts, including automobile homicide, which is a second degree felony, driving on a denied license, driving under the influence, reckless driving and failing to comply duties at the incident, all Class B misdemeanors.

According to a police booking affidavit, Springville Police Officers were dispatched to the area of 400 South Main Street just after 6:30 p.m. When officers arrived on scene, they noticed a Chevrolet Silverado, with a man lying under the front passenger panel of the truck.
