Brooklyn moviegoers can now feel every splash, shake and scream without leaving their borough.
Regal UA Sheepshead Bay opened Brooklyn’s first 4DX auditorium on Aug. 29, beginning with Steven Spielberg’s “Jaws: 50th Anniversary.”
The state-of-the-art 4DX auditorium provides what Regal calls “a multi-sensory cinema experience that connects audiences to movies through motion, vibration, water, wind, scents and other atmospheric effects to enhance the on-screen visuals.” For Brooklyn film fans, it means access to the cutting-edge and immersive presentation previously limited to Manhattan and Queens.
