ST. CHARLES, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Two St. Charles County residents are accused of harboring illegal immigrants.
Guo-Liang Ye, 56, and De Jin Ye, 56, were each indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday on one felony count of bringing in and harboring aliens. According to he indictment, they concealed the immigrants from detection, knowing that they were in the United States illegally.
Both were arrested on Tuesday by Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and the FBI.
First Alert 4 previously reported that a normally quiet Park Charles Boulevard was filled with law enforcement surrounding a house on Tuesday morning.
St. Charles County property records list the Park Charles Boulevard homeowner as “Ye Investment II LLC,” which was purchased this past April.
