The Washington Commanders are preparing to host the New York Giants on Sunday. They had six players on their injury report yesterday, but that number lowered by one after today’s practice. Zach Ertz had a vet rest day yesterday, a common theme for the soon-to-be 35-year old tight end. K Matt Gay was listed with an illness yesterday, but was a full participant in both practices this week.
Three players were limited for a second day in a row. Dorance Armstrong is the top DE on the roster and has been limited with a knee injury this week. CB Jonathan Jones is also dealing with a hamstring injury. WR Noah Brown suffered a knee injury in June, and continues to practice on a limited basis.
