LA CROSSE, Wis. -- The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association announced Thursday that the State Team Wrestling Tournament will be held at the La Crosse Center amid a three-year agreement, effective in March 2026.

“With the expansion of the State Team Wrestling Tournament format this year and the advent of the State Girls Team Tournament in 2027, this event has actually outgrown the UW Field House’s floor space and warm-up areas,” WIAA Executive Director Stephanie Hauser said.

Despite the La Crosse Center hosting the WIAA State Team Wrestling Tournament for the first time, the venue is no stranger to accommodating WIAA State Tournaments. The State Girls Individual Wrestling Tournament was held in the facility back in 2022.
