PEORIA, Ill. – A man was arrested on numerous weapons charges after allegedly shooting at his neighbor in Central Peoria.
Peoria Police says shots were fired Wednesday just after 6:30 P.M. in the area of Thrush and Bourland.
A 59-year-old man told police his neighbor fired at him, but he was not injured.
34-year-old Jonathan Hudson was identified as a suspect and located at a nearby residence. Hudson was taken into custody after police secured the area and gave him commands to exit.
Hudson was arrested for Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Possession of a Firearm without a Valid FOID Card, Criminal Damage to Property, and Active Warrant. He was taken to the Peoria County Jail.
