While Zac Ladubec, executive chef for Delaware North at Lambeau Field , and his team of professional chefs didn't have a specific theme for this year's new concession items, many of the options are combinations of classic Wisconsin foods and traditional stadium eats.

"We decided to go with less basic fried foods and more with taking what might seem like a normal item and tweaking it to make it new and interesting," Ladubec said.

It's the chef's 11th season working at Lambeau Field, 1265 Lombardi Ave. in Green Bay, and he said he continues to try to incorporate good, fresh cooking at the stadium.

"People are willing to wait longer for their food if they're watching it be made in front of them," Ladubec said. "I always thought football was brats and cheese curds, so it's nice to be
