PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Peoria Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect involved in a recent vehicle burglary.

Detectives are actively investigating the incident and have obtained surveillance photographs of the man.

"The images, included with this release, clearly show the individual believed to be responsible," the department said in a news release.

It wasn't clear when or where the burglary took place. It also wasn't clear if the suspect was an adult or a juvenile.
