Cornwall council will consider how to handle an report from its integrity commissioner recommending Coun. Maurice Dupelle should be reprimanded after the commissioner found Dupelle breached the city’s code of conduct.
In a 23-page report from the city’s new integrity commissioner David G. Boghosian, he wrote Dupelle breached Section 6.3 (c) of the city’s Code of Conduct for Members of Council and Local Boards by not completing cybersecurity training in a prescribed amount of time, as per the city’s Cybersecurity Policy. Boghosian recommended Dupelle be reprimanded for this breach, with no additional penalty.

The Municipal Act allows council to impose a reprimand and/or suspension of pay for up to 90 days when its integr
