MINNEAPOLIS — Malia Kimbrell, the mother of 9-year-old Vivian St. Clair, who was injured in the Annunciation Catholic Church shooting, on Thursday, Sept. 4, called for a ban on semi-automatic rifles and high-capacity magazines.
On Aug. 27, a shooter killed two children and injured 21 other people — 18 of whom are children — in a mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis.
